When IRCC returns an Outland application as incomplete, it usually involves one of four issues: An outdated version of an IMM form, Missing signatures or forms signed more than 90 days ago, Blank questions left empty instead of marking them as 'N/A', Missing country-specific civil documents or police certificates from the regional checklist.

The good news is that a returned application is not a refusal. IRCC sends a letter that clearly states what was missing so you can correct it and resubmit.

I had applied on 13 March and had got the most recent updates in May which was sponsor eligibility after that I have raised many webforms but getting only standard default replies. Can't even check in tracker.

I guess only waiting seems the option as of now.

Starting a dedicated thread for all March 2026 Outland (Family Class) applicants to track our progress, share updates and support each other through the wait!

It looks like AORs are starting to roll out for mid-March submitters. Please post your details below so we can keep an eye on the current processing speeds.

• OWP Applied: May 12, 2026 (Applied after AOR while in Canada)

• Sponser eligibility passed on May 20,206
• Current location : PA in USA and sponsor is in Canada
• As per sept 16,2026 BGC in process but eligibility is not started yet .

I called the IRCC the operator said the same thing. . Eligibility hasnot started and I didnot get the pre arrival letter .
