I only called like 2 weeks ago and like 2 times today and then boom I got the P1 email.

Did you call twice and ask each time why the P1 email hadn’t come yet?
Why did you call twice? Does it make a difference every time we call?

I've prepared my documents (dr letters, flight, hotel) to submit a webform once I get my ecopr...to expedite PR card delivery for my spouse...she will be traveling in Sept...

That’s good! They say first card can’t be expedited but why not. You should do it!

You can request urgent processing...it would then depend on IRCC to decide based on the documents...
