hi everyone, right now I'm international student at private collage. I have study permit and work permit for co op program that is expire in October 10, but my graduate is July 12. I applied PR application and I receive AOR from inland pr sponsorship. Also, I applied for spouse open work permit. I got letter that said

"you are authorized to continue working with the same condition until July 21 2027 or until a decision is made on your application. You must continue and respect all employer, occupation and location conditions and restrictions listed on your present work permit until a decision is made on your application. This extended period of work is authorized as per paragraph 186 (u) of the IROR until a decision is made."

My situation right now I'm very confuse about document and I don't know I can work full time or not
Reference from my study permit allows me to work outside campus 20 hrs and my work permit allows me to work only for co op. I get my transcript in July 12 so I need to stop working.

My question is
1 Am I legal to work or not ?
2 If yes, how many hours I can work?
3 Can you please give me a reason why I can work or why I can't work?
(I try to search and read a lot someone say yes and but someone say no because my work permit is not PGWP this is from co op in the private program)

4 In October,my study permit and work permit will expire should I extend my visa or not ?

I understand right now I have nothing to do, I stop working and just wait for update on system.

You can work as per the limits and conditions applied to your current work permit until you get SOWP.

When your current study permit and work permit expire, you will be on maintained status from your application for SOWP.

Have you finished your co-op and was co-op required to graduate. If you want to be able to work full/time you should apply for PGWP. Your study permit expires 90 days after you stop studying not the expiry date on the study permit.

I can’t apply for PGWP because I study in Private collage. The collage doesn’t have that PGWP.
