I saw some people got PAL in the morning and FD in evening

No it was not applicable till last day but when I called IRCC they told me BC in process.

I did the same process. I think the timing matter. Try to call early morning between 8-9am EST

I don’t use portal, but in Jun 2026 my GCMS note show that criminality started march 2026 the date that I received AOR. Security wasn’t started

I called them very next day after submitted bio at 29th july 2026.They said criminality and info sharing completed security not started at that time

For me he said security is done last week which is after done my biometric. But I called today not the next day
