I’m really confused. My immigration consultant says to wait . If reapplied, file can be stuck on same point .

Is anyone considering for re-submission? Is it even worth it?

I don’t know what I can do to change anything tbh.
The tracker being down is the biggest bummer , now there’s no way to see when the file was last touched.

Fyi for my Nov 2025 application I did submitted NOA for 2024 which I forgot to submit with initial application and right after that my application was refused. Try submitting a NOA 2025 and see if the app moves.

dec 19th , IRCC asks for my fathers postings since he has army background.
no further communication from them.

is anyone else in the same situation?
i submitted joint application for mom and dad.
no communication or progress on either of the applications.
they already had the biometrics done as part of the visitor visa application process from a couple of years ago.

I have reached ircc through MP . File is not touched even for medical , background, eligibility etc except the biometrics which is automatically updated through system. It means no one is working on the application yet .
I’m thinking to withdraw and reapply .

I am thinking the same, to withdraw it. It is almost one year now.

Is anyone else from October still waiting? Are most October files already processed with just a few of us left, or is the whole month stuck on hold? I called IRCC again today and was told no work or no officer has been started on my file yet, so I wanted to check if there is a specific reason for this delay.
