As taxpayers let’s not tax the system even more which does lead to delays and pay twice for the same information. IRCC has been back to processing GCMS notes in around a month so there is no need to order both. Most H&C cases will see no movement in their files because the quotas are so low and there is a huge backlog of AIPs waiting to land. The system is no longer functional and by not closing the program to new applications the backlogs keep growing. The plan appears to be to remove people when they lose status and are waiting for their H&C to be processed based on the JRs I read.
