Can someone please help me. My application has been in processing for the past few 5 weeks. Call centre Agents keep saying its process has been completed just waiting for it to finish for 5 weeks. Ive wasted over 4000 reacheuling flights. The agents dont care man. Ive sent numerous message just begging profusely. They dont care. Im completely defeated and dont know what do do anymore.

Took the intervention of the MP. They approved and sent it out hours after the MP office called. Wondering how long it was just sitting there with no one touching the file. They don’t care

The MP intervention clearly made a difference the file often gets immediate attention but MP office usually cannot legally “order” faster processing. Their role is generally to inquire, request status updates, or ask an agency to review a case.
