Starting a thread for applications submitted in March 2026, from India. Any idea when the application tracker will be up and running again?

Got a response from Ircc saying there is some technical issue in application tracker and they are fixing it. But my application they said is not yet available for tracking.

Is the application tracker working for anyone please?

All bengaluru applicants please reply and discuss. Let's all raise web form to get tracker up at the earliest.
All March 2026 Indian applicants please reply. Have any of you got your visa office? I have not yet received mine.

You're obsessing about this. They have already responded to you and are working to fix the issue. The tracker doesn't have anything to do with the processing of your application. Have patience.

But can't check which stages are complete and which are in progress without the tracker hopefully it will be up soon.

Just be patient. Look at the processing times for other people in your region (India) and you will have a general idea of how long it *could* take based on the average time. They are working on the application whether you can see the tracker or not. Go, keep busy with something else in the meantime.

There is no way to get average processing time of each region, and processing times are anyways unique case wise. It took my friends 3 months from submitting to getting ppr while the official timelines on the site was 10 months. So can't really go by average times or the official published processing timelines as well. Some of the details are published on gc key account but for tracking need to wait for the site to be functioning. So it is important that the tracker is brought back up which as per past track record takes 2 to 3 months to start functioning after an issue.

The average as per IRCC is in the case of 80% of applications. Of course there are outliers.

The timelines posted on Ircc site is the maximum possible amount of time needed not the average time needed.
Incorrect. It's not a maximum, there is no maximum. It's the average in 80% of cases.

"Calculated based on how long it took to process (80%) of similar applications in the past."

Not true The timelines stated are the worst case scenarios including all the exception flows, adrs, interviews etc.

The timelines are often not correct but only typically represent cases without things like adrs, interviews, etc. As already pointed out it is supposed to represent the wait time for 80% of cases to be processed. What primarily makes the difference in processing is proof of relationship history especially in person, any red flags, need for an interview, adr request or incomplete applications, processing backlogs, etc.
