Got a response from Ircc saying there is some technical issue in application tracker and they are fixing it. But my application they said is not yet available for tracking.

You're obsessing about this. They have already responded to you and are working to fix the issue. The tracker doesn't have anything to do with the processing of your application. Have patience.

But can't check which stages are complete and which are in progress without the tracker hopefully it will be up soon.
