@Sourabh152 could you also share when was your application submitted if you don’t mind. I assumed that your dates were close to my application for some reasons.
But it seems like we got the medical request form at the same time in mid Feb.

Application submitted- 17th Sep 2025
Medical Request Date - 14th Feb ( but I had done upfront medical)
Medical passed - 30th April
PPR - 30th April

I did submitted a second webform enquiring about the status of my application. I would suggest you to do so. I think that helps

I applied in Oct. and I am still waiting. The current wait time is showing 138 days and it seems like our files are somewhere buried in the ground.

I called ircc today and they said that since my application was over the current processing time they will ask the visa officer to expedite the decision.
Currently medical, background, eligibility all are completed. Only the final decision is pending. Fingers crossed!
You should call them as well.

Cool. Hopefully you get an answer soon. I called them. Unfortunately, I was not set up as a rep. and they did not provide me with any information. I uploaded the form so have to wait to wait until the form gets uploaded and then I will spend 2-3 hours again trying to get hold of them.
