Hi everyone,

Starting a dedicated thread for all March 2026 Outland (Family Class) applicants to track our progress, share updates and support each other through the wait!

Good luck to everyone! Hopefully, we see some fast movements this month. :)

I posted in the March thread I started... but my application was returned. So, now I am moving to May. :(
Why was it returned??

Why was it returned??
It said the Use of Representative Form was incomplete. It didn't specify what was wrong with it. So, what I found was that the form I used was from Aug/25 and there was a newer one in Nov/25, so I updated that and then I wrote N/A in every other field on the form that I didn't answer. Other than that, I don't know if anything else was wrong. I wish they were more clear on the problem, it's frustrating.

They should give us the opportunity to correct the form and resubmit it rather than complete application submission and wait for 40-50 days.

I agree, it's really sad especially if it was something minor. Also, they didn't tell me what was wrong with it, just "incomplete" so I assumed because I didn't write N/A on the lines of the sections that didn't apply to me. I only filled A, B and E.

Since the signatures were all over 90 days now and I had to get everything resigned, I decided to check about out of date forms, sure enough the Rep form was out of date. The out of date one I downloaded directly from the Portal, I found a newer one (Nov/25) on the IRCC website. If it's already such a touchy process then why are they making it harder by not having the correct forms. It's super annoying. Anyways, in the end, I don't know if I corrected the right thing because there was no direction in what was wrong, definitely took the wind out from under my sails and now I'm paranoid something else will be wrong (although I did review everything again and resign forms).
