Can somebody please help? I am about to sponsor my husband. We've been together for 5 yrs, married for 3 yrs. This yr i will be able to sponsor him. He is working here in Canada as seasonal worker for 15 yrs now. Before he go in USA without any visa and stays there for 5 yrs, working without visa. Will it get any impact on our application? Please help! Thank you!
