Does receiving an AOR mean that the application has passed the initial completeness check and will not be returned as incomplete?

I’m wondering whether receiving AOR means I will not have to resubmit the application with a new physical presence calculation, or whether the application can still be returned as incomplete even after AOR has been issued. Thanks!

Basically, no.

Your phrasing here is a bit confusing - after AOR (as far as I'm aware) they have accepted it for processing and will not return it (for resubmission as incomplete).

But they can ask for additional information, clarifications, documentation, etc - and that might include asking you for info about physical presence, and if so, possibly to re-do the physical presence table or calc in some form. I believe some have been asked to do this when it turns out they have left out some travel outside Canada or miscalculated.

Thanks! Yes, this is what I wanted to confirm; that receiving an AOR confirms that the application will not be returned or unsubmitted.
