Hi everyone,

I have an issue with the IRCC about my PR application as a protected person.

My criminality check has been in progress for 25 months, and I think that because of the poor fingerprint quality, there are 7 of my fingers considered an exception as appeared in the GCMS note.

I have tried to send the web form before almost 6 months, but I got a template response.

I have called the MP office and explained everything about my issue, and the MP office told me

I have requested that a message be sent to the Mississauga office to inform them of my issue.

If you have not received a response within 12 business days, please contact our office again for a further update.

My question is, do you think that the MP office has a real effect on the IRCC process office?

How did you know about the finger prints being an issue, did IRCC contact you first? Do you have any medical condition?

I received my Pre-arrival on April 23rd, is there anything i should do on my end? Or just wait for the next step?
