Hi everyone,

I am a permanent resident, and I applied for PR for my husband. He is eligible for SOWP and applied on Jan 12 2026.

My question is regarding the IMM5707 (Family Information form). Do we need to include the IMM5707 form for SOWP? Our file is already submitted without this form. Our consultant is saying that this form needs to be filled out only from outside Canada.

Please reply if someone did not add this form and got Sowp approval ?
Or should we consider sending webform now.

You’re likely fine. For IRCC, IMM5707 is usually only required if it shows up in the document checklist (often for outside Canada apps). If it wasn’t requested, you don’t need it. IRCC will ask if they want it
