Ya, I got the UK Visa. I was holding RTD and PR application still in process. My application was handled by a consultant as it was getting bit complex for me. Just concentrate of financial documents and financial stability in Canada.

Not much, I showed what I had in my account as savings (around 10k) and my pay stubs/job letter. Will text u his contact number, u can take consultation. His charges were reasonable

Complete form on the UKVI website
Pay visa fee (around £100+)
Step 2 — Book biometrics
You’ll book through VFS Global
Step 3 — Attend appointment (in Canada)
At a visa application centre (Toronto, Vancouver, etc.):
Fingerprints + photo taken
Submit documents
Hand over your RTD (temporarily)

Financial & ties
Bank statements (last 3–6 months)
Employment letter Pay slips / income proof
Itinerary (flights, rough plan)
Hotel bookings or invitation letter
Cover letter explaining
your refugee status
why you’re visiting the UK
confirmation you’ll return to Canada.

There’s no fixed minimum amount set by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). Instead, they look at whether your funds make sense for your trip.
For a short UK trip (1–2 weeks), people typically show C$1,700–C$4,200 in available funds & PLUS steady income (this matters as much as the balance).
