Calling between 8-9am EST is best
No wait times from my experience.
Even if there is a long wait time .
You have the option to leave your phone number(if calling within Canada)and they return your call once they’re reach your turn in the queue.

I’m not sure what a pilot program is.
Got a confirmation from abroad office a few days after I received pre arrival. With a request of additional documents. No news after that . Not sure what to expect afterwards. Dependent is a minor who can’t give biometrics. I’m not sure what to expect next or where to look for updates as unable to link dependents application and office abroad has no call center. Any one with an idea of how long could take to receive passport request or a timeline after my ecopr

Well, I know for sure that you cannot link your dependents on your account. I wrote to IRCC and they told me NO

Okay which country if u don't mind and did your dependent did medical

No medical request for dependent.
Additional document request was passport size photos, proof of relationship, proof of financial transactions etc
Is this before medical or after.
Frustrating that I can’t tract application or know what to expect nor timeline

My dependent did medical and receive pre arrival

Looked liked a standard email
It stated not to resend documents that were initially requested
Passport photos were not requested during initial application
Proof of financial aid wasnot included
So those were sent directly to abroad office by email
Nothing after that.
I’m not sure if minors applications are treated differently.
Or what to expect next.

Minors are treated differently, most forms ia not filled out by them, pending their age, they dont give biometrics
