2024 PR Application timeline

Hello All, wanted to share a concern with you regarding GCKEY.
I had linked my application on March 26,2025 and ever since it was showing percentage completed. Today it was not showing the percentage.

Is this normal? Has anyone experienced the same?

** my application was 72% completed on last Friday.

Tell us exactly which PR stream (Protected person, Express Entry, etc.), and as far as we know, we do have GCKey access on our end and we don’t see any percentage bar.

Protected person who did not apply online have a percentage bar in their profile

Where exactly do you see the percentage? I’m waiting for my eCOPR, but I’ve never seen any percentage in my online application after linking it.

Does it only appear for certain applications?

The percentage is shown when you view the application submitted. Im unable to show screenshots since its not available anymore

I applied for PR in July 2024. Biometrics were completed in October 2024. Since then, I haven't received any updates. I also have dependents outside of Canada, and my application is part of the DR2 pilot program. Does anyone have the same update?

Average processing time is about 25 months (outside Quebec). Family members usually won’t move forward until your PR is finalized. Why wouldn't you Submit a webform (just to confirm active processing), as well as request GCMS notes (see real status).

Applied in November 2024, dependent outside, also part of DR2 Pilot Program, Biometric done May 2025, since then no update.

Is there any message appear in final decision place ?

When IRCC updates your file, you’ll typically see one of these messages in your GCKey account also received message saying “You have a new message in your account" ur registered email.

No any new message in my account. Background processing. Final decision is in progress.
