After biometric pre-arrival mail and then eligibility for apply pr mail and then final decision and then portal1 mail and then portal 2 mail and then ecopr and last one physical pr card

What is the timeline after the pre arrival to the eligibility ?

Be checking your GC keys everyday…you would want to check for final decision sometimes it doesn’t send a prompt to your email

how long would it take? after eligibility email?

I just checked and they were two emails
1 refund of $85 for biometric
2 Pre arrival letter

Same here. Nothing after biometrics in Nov 2024. They requested an updated IMM5562 (travel history) from me on Feb 11, 2026. Submitted it a couple of days later, and there have been no updates after that.

Applied Aug 2024 here. I received pre-arrival on March 6 2026. Waiting for Eligibility and Final Decision.

I have received my ECOPR now…waiting for my PR card

is it normal not to have any changes on gckey after receiving pre arrival and eligibility there is not updates on the gc key everything is blank

GCKey is known to be inconsistent or minimal with updates & order GCMS notes also submit a webform inquiry.

I submitted my portal 2 on March 7 and received ECOPR in two weeks and extra day
Submitted PR application August 2024
Final approval March 2, 2026
Portal 1 March 5, 2026
Portal 2 March 6, 2026
ECOPR March 22, 2026

I have never received fina approval but got Portal 1 and 2. I guess this will work. I have applied on February 2024.

This is what I see when I login. But it says background check still under processing.

The portal will change to approved once your ECOPR has been issued
