Hi,

I am applying for PR through SINP experience class with valid WP and employment.
I received my Job approval letter and in the process of applying.

My English is very low and I probably will not pass exam to get CLB 4, is there any way to go around it? Can I submit application without language test?

My noc is 73112 ( Painer)

Thank you for sharing ideas .

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding my work permit extension

I applied for PR in April 2025, and my work permit is expiring in Dec 2026.
My SINP nomination is employer specific so that I can apply for closed work permit.
My question is when should I consider applying for the closed work permit. and for that I'd need my work support letter to be extended.
Im not sure when should I apply for that extension.
My agent is saying it is too early for now to discuss on the work permit and nomination extension. But I talked to SINp and they are suggesting I need to apply for the work support extension atleast 8 months prior to the expiry of my work permit considering the current processing times of IRCC.

I AM NOT SURE what to do and when should I apply ?

I'd appreciate your suggestions, Please help.

Thank you

NS

Your agent is right, it's a bit too early.
