Hi , I want to know more about this program. Apparently I want to sponsor my sister who is currently in Canada on visitor visa. My both parents passed away and I don’t have any other relatives ( wife, child, cousins, uncle aunt) PR. I am single and 26 year old and my sister is 24 . Am I eligible ?

Since PR and grandparents are no longer alive, and have no family in Canada then google - Lonely Canada - and click on sponsor relatives. It will take years and you need to meet LICO.

And your sister more than likely can’t stay in Canada as a visitor during the years it’ll take to process

As already pointed out this is a long process and your sister should plan on returning home. She can attempt to secure another permit from outside Canada if she wants to attempt to come to Canada earlier.
