Hello, I need genuine help, I was divorced but i kept single marital status and didnot mentioned about son also due to loss of contact since i left Australia, it's been 10 years . And i was not aware about visa refusal of Australia also because i was not i formed about this , and i was thinking my ex and son got visa . And i never got incontact because of tramautic past i had with ex .. . So now i got letter of procedural fairness, . Pls help me to solve it. As i didnot have any intention to lie to ircc, i was scared of my past trauma so i didnot mention it and was not aware it will create issue also, i was thinking child on father custody so no need to mention for his wellbeing only. Pls help me what should i do now?
