2023 PR Applications Timeline (Protected Persons & Refugees)

Hi everyone, I'm trying to find out where I'm at. I don't really understand all the terms you guys mention here.

I just linked my application and saw this. Please let me know if you see anything wrong here? or I'm exactly like everyone else?

May 2023: Applied
October 2023: I got an email requesting a specific document from my home country.
August 2024: I applied for my SIN renewal and I got an email saying "It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as a Protected Person."

I didn't get anything else so far.

Please help.

Me too. My portal looks like that. No details. I heard other people have different portal woth a progressing bar.

I have question, I see in my gckey that they are processing background check. What your gckey shows? Complete , processing , or not started. I notice today in my gckey account.

I am an August 2023 applicant. I called IRCC today and was informed that my application is active and still processing, no furthing information needed from me. Five more months before it's finalized.

So it looks like the current estimate for August 2023 applicants is projected to be completed by July/August 2026. My thing is, based on the pace at which applications are being processed right now, is this even a realistic estimate.
