Hi everyone, my foreign employer is not willing to mention annual salary information in the reference letter as this is not something they do.
What can I do in that case?
1. I have 3 months' pay slip only for one role. Can I include income tax certificates, acknowledgement receipts for income tax returns and bank e-statements instead?
2. In one role my designation was Information Security and Governance Lead Engineer when I got promoted and I mentioned this role in my express entry.
However, the pay slip I have includes the title Cybersecurity and Compliance Lead Engineer, as my team's name got changed and I don't have any communication for that. Will it be an issue if I submit this pay slip?
Appreciate suggestions.

Include Tax return, the signed offer letter where the Annual Compensation package is mentioned, and any other document where your full-time equivalent working hours are mentioned. merge them in one PDF in a sequence.
If possible, get a memo from the HR that ""Information Security and Governance Lead Engineer" was the role and you got promoted.

Did HR not give you the new offer letter after you got promoted? or any official email or letter confirming your promotion, team change, that will be crucial to prove your point. Since it may change your NOC.

Submitting only a payslip, i dont think, is sufficient.

Yes, I have the promotion letter, but my team didn't change, it's just my title changed with same NOC, same team and same role. I have e-bankstatements, income tax certificate and tax acknowledgement receipts and 3 pay slips with changed designation. Will that be enough.

Same thing happened with me, my title changed but then I got a memo from the HR that "new title" will be changed from "this date" and all. I submitted that with my salary slip, offer letter, new updated offer letter and also got a letter from HR mentioning my new NOC and full job duties.
Given the level of scrutiny IRCC is doing nowadays, I think you should have a letter explaining all of this from the HR.
