I have a closed work permit (NOC21110, jobt title: postdoctoral fellow) valid for 20 months. Although I am working as full-time but my pay slip shows that my income is a scholarship because my employer is paying from a grants so there no EI or CPP deductions. Does this affect the eligibility of my wife for SOWP?
