After submitting PR application in around mid of month June 2025 and by the end of June 2025 I recieved one letter stating that my application for PR has been recieved.
After that still waiting for biometrics

but I don’t know exactly what AOR letter is.

AOR is Acknowledgement of Receipt. The letter you received is the AOR
