issue with tracker

Hi everyone,
I received my AOR and an email saying I can sign up for the Citizenship Application Tracker. However, I am unable to complete the sign-up.

When I try to register, it says a verification code will be sent to my email, but I never receive any code (checked spam/junk).

I also tried the alternative login using UCI, application number, name, and date of birth, but I keep getting either “Invalid information” or “Application not found / not yet in the system.”
Has anyone experienced this after receiving AOR?


How long did it take before you were able to access the tracker, and did you do anything specific to fix it?

Some people indicate that you have to try to sign up for the tracker a couple of days after receiving AOR.

Are you using a representative? If so, they might be the ones getting the verification code.

Did you ever got it figured out, I'm having the same issue

I initially had issues signing up too but this is what I did to troubleshoot. I cleared Cache, opened windows in incognito, then Instead of copying my UCI number and application number from the AOR. I manually typed it in. With respect to the code I realized it was sent to an old email address that was linked to my PR application days. It’s the same tracking system for the PR so instead of it sending it to my new email, it was sent to the old, so check any old emails that may have been linked to your immigration.
