Just to clarify, will there be no visible change or update on the portal when the AOR is issued? Specifically, when the AOR is issued, does the “Status last updated” field change?

There are 2 portals, the one you used to submit your PR.. you will never see any changes there. Where you will see change is when you create GC key and you're able to link your PR application. That's another hurdles

Probably by Jan or Feb you will have that. They will afterwards ask for Biometrics and Photo at Service Canada.

I applied March, got a requeat to vprrect some address in Auguat and after that still no AOR, I think most is luck, some are more lucky
