Purolator and they said they do not have the tracking numbet

when you applied? my mother has applied on Oct/6/2025 and we couldn't get any feedback.

I’m in same position mines was mail October 6th purlator up to now never get it . You need to reach out to your mp and asked for help . Because irrc told my mp a diff story .

I called Ircc and was told my RTD was approved and dispatched on Oct 09, 2025 but I havent received it till now.

What do I do?

Pray it comes soon .. also reach out to ur mp for help so u can try to get it faster . Mines was mail out Oct 6th up to now never get it . I reach out to my mp and irrc told them it was mail out on the 3rd return back on the 6th mail out again on the 14th . So the mp office is working on trying to get me my document

hello, I have applied on october 15th and today I called ircc and the agent confirmed that my application was approved and its been dispatched with Canada Post, they provided a tracking number but when I check it I can not see it on canada post's website is it due to strike?

No I just file Crisis application and Atip application to get all info on my application a lawyer suggested me to do this
