I’m in same position mines was mail October 6th purlator up to now never get it . You need to reach out to your mp and asked for help . Because irrc told my mp a diff story .

I reach out to my mp and irrc told them it was mail out on the 3rd return back on the 6th mail out again on the 14th . So the mp office is working on trying to get me my document
No still nothing I think we need to have cbc news investigate this a lot of people not receiving it with purlator
hello, I have applied on october 15th and today I called ircc and the agent confirmed that my application was approved and its been dispatched with Canada Post, they provided a tracking number but when I check it I can not see it on canada post's website is it due to strike?
Hi. I sent my RTD application on Oct 13. On Nov 10 I called, they confirmed it is approved, they sent me an email with a tracking number. I tried it a couple of days on Canada Post website, the tracking number. was not identified..
Today, I tried again, it showed that delivery is planned today between 8-12.. indeed around 11:30 I received a receipt from Canada Post to collect the RTD but tomorrow from a Canada Post location close to me.

Then I dont know what happened to my application. Am so frustrated...
well... I don't know if it is luck..
I made sure that the application is filled properly.. I followed by a webform.. got confirmation after 10 days that it is in process..
then I called after 4 weeks.. got the information that it was approved..
I applied as non-urgent.
