bro i am offshore applicant so how can i contact MP? Also Do you think they have positively made decision on my case and it is just matter of time to get PPR?

Good day @Miss bee please help to my case below as I'm in lost right now
I was nominated under AOS (Student Stream) in Alberta and applied for non PNP express entry PR application on Sep 2024.
AOR Received - 03/2025
Applied BOWP - 04/2025
PGWP Expired - 08/2025
BOWP Refusal - 10/25 due to Eligibility hasn't passed yet in PR application. It doesn't make sense to me because on the IRCC website, non pnp express entry only request AOR for BOWP
Given 90 days to restore status - I was not able to restore to worker because for BOWP, I don't have ETA when my eligibility will pass and BOWP likely to get refusal again, and I don't have LMIA offer or apply under LMIA exempt stream because my employer is not willing to support
I only have option to restore as Visitor Record to wait for my PR application. Will it affect my PR file because I restore as Visitor not Worker? I cannot find any resources for a clear answer.
I've called IRCC about my PR file and eligibility still in process, my file hasn't moved since AOR & BIL in March 2025.
