when you get that? those update is GU2. looks like mostly 5-7 days after GU2. (Mailed)
I called IRCC and agent confirmed to me that they had mailed PR card on October 24 which I have not received yet.
The card should arrive within 4 to 8 days of being mailed, just like everyone else is getting it.
I didn't know card stuck in Canada Post
I call Canada post they said need tracking number for checking. How can I provide a tracking number
Does anybody have the same experience?

Canada post is not in fully functional state.
You have no option but to give it some time. It will come.
As soon as you are not in rush of leaving the country it is totally fine.
Your landing date will not change.
Please do not request a new card or never report it lost/stolen before a month.
My friend submitted April 1st received the P1 at October 30 and a week later P2. ECOPR would be 3 weeks but I think the landing date would be the same as signature and submission of P2. Not sure
You will receive your P1 hopefully in this month.

August 2023 would receive its P1 normally sometimes in February 2026. Unless any acceleration happens for all, this would be the minimum.
By pushing MP and sending letters you accept the risk that the officer make a not on your file as "Receiving too much follow ups". That is a regular 1 year more screening.
Sit tight back and do nothing. By March you will receive what you expect.
