I want to apply for my parents’ citizenship but I am confused about the process. It says if its online application, then they need to complete it by themselves and Representative (myself) can only help with questions etc. my parents are not tech savvy and not good in English.
In that case, if i want to apply for them, do i have to do it on paper?

Also, am I able to help them with oath ceremony (virtual/in person) when it comes to that? They are 60+

and you might request for Oath accomdation.

How long does it take to receive the test email once test window is updated on the tracker? The tracker for me updated today with test window Nov 7 - Dec 6.
