Inland Primary applicant switching job

Hi Members,

I'm the Primary Inland applicant and received eCopr while the Outland applicant (Spouse) have received the copr and will do the landing early next year. Could someone please advise if I could switch my job before the outland applicant do the landing or should I wait for the landing to be completed? If I switch my job now, would this cause any issues while doing the landing for Outland applicant?

Unless your PR status/application somehow requires you to remain with the same employer (not a normal thing as far as I'm aware), then go ahead, no issues.
