P2 received 11AM today.
eCoPR received today!
I’m from the country that less than 20 peoples files a refugee claim in a year.

Here’s my full timeline for anyone tracking:
  • Applied: March 14, 2023
  • AOR/request for correction : August 31, 2023
  • Final Decision: September 8, 2025
  • Portal 1 (P1): September 11, 2025
  • Portal 2 (P2): September 28, 2025
  • eCoPR Issued: October 10, 2025
I just wanted to share my experience. I’m a legitimate applicant who joined the group later after here almost 3 years. I decided to join to give back and help others with their timelines.

Honestly, I wouldn’t rely too much on the posted processing time. I believe and hope all of us end up getting results earlier than expected.

Wishing everyone the best of luck! your turn is coming soon!

When did you receive a letter for biometrics?

Asking for family member:

My sister ( My sister is the main applicant ) and her family applied for H&C in June 2022 qnd got AIP in April 2025.
Now both have work permit and working, her husband have applied for re entry visa . He is thinking about short visit bak home ( wife and children will stay in canada )to sell some properities . Would leaving Canada for short period affect or jeopardize their H& C application ?

Is it possible to update a H&C application AFTER you submit it? While it is still awaiting processing?

Example: Such as adding more evidence to your file? Or adding more details that might strengthen the case?

I realize that in most cases, it is not possible to add more documents to an application after it is submitted. But what if you were to attach a link in your original application (a link which points to an online cloud storage space) and you upload the information to that cloud folder? Will IRCC accept this?

It actually depends on her situation. if you claim in your application that going back to your country will bring unnecessary hardship based on violence, political unrest etc depending on the country you intend to visit, then it will be unwise to go back until you have been approved. But if the hardship you claim is based on some other issue e.g no access to better health care, for the children, disruption to better education etc then it will not impact on your application. Kindly get advise from a Lawyer for better understanding.

Would be very reluctant to sell anything until they have confirmed PR. There are so many unknowns with H&C at the moment.

10 YRS FOR AIP? I guess everyone is just speculating, no one has the right information for AIP for a fact. those number of years are of course for the total number of years for stage 2.

Based on purely math based on application, quotas and backlogs processing times are going to be very long. H&C also does not prevent removal so many will be removed during processing. Realistically the program is no longer functional and needs to be reassessed.

Add new documents through webform, it takes less than 30 minutes to an hour to receive feedback for documents upload to your file. Even though h and c take years to process..

I've been told that if you add data through a web form, it doesn't necessarily become a part of the H&C application. THe H&C application will always be viewed seperately and the web form will be viewed seperately (possibly on a different date or never).

quick update . ircc has completely stopped issuing medical forms for recently approved H&C approved applicants . Or those who got AIP after april 2025 reason is second stage approval will take minimum 2.5 to 3 years for those who got approved after december 2024 !

anybody who applied H&C last year or this year which is more then 45K applicants those who got approved before april 2025 they have chance those who have no AIP i guess the 10 years is not joke it reality
oh no way really ? what will happen if someone applied in Nov. 2022 and got stage 1 approval AIP in September 2025 ?
you know how to calculate the processing time of course not,,,,, from the first date completed application received either by mail or online until Final Decision.
AIP is not considered final decision and not counting whose received firs or later.

and when it comes to medical all programs with ircc is same policy will apply therefore issuing medical has not been stopped . FYI. mean this one not true as well.
