Hello team, thanks for helping many people. I have received AOS but I have applied tech path way with EOI 62. What is the best to decide. Can I go with AOS application or cancel it wait for the tech pathway invitation. Can anyone share timeline of AOS in recent times

If you received invitation through AOS then take it. Only a couple hundred spots for Tech.

honestly, it really depends how much time do you have on your work permit?
AOS or tech pathway AOR will take similar time, all changes once you apply to IRCC.
