Yes. Mine also dispatched on 22 September 2025 and still no updates.
I am traveling next week and eagerly waiting for it

Hi. I have almost similar timeline (dispatched on 26 sept) for my adult OCI application and I'm also waiting for an update on BLS. Hopefully we get some update this week.

It just shows under-process on the OCI website.

Travelling to India end of October.
