Look up who the federal MP is in your area.. open his website and there should be a contact section on it. Send them a carefully worded email about a request to get an update from IRCC. They might send a follow up form or reach out and ask you to provide more info. They will then reach out to IRCC on your behalf and get an update on your application. You can even visit them in person.

Returned June 22nd (Missing Signature)
Reapplied June 23rd
Returned Again (July 19) Missing date fixed it and reapplied the same date.
AOR August 16th
ADR August 17th (Updated Proof of Relationship Documents Request)
Biometrics Sep 01
Eligibility Completed AIP ( Oct 6th)

Long Long Silence

Medicals Updated - May 2025
Final Decision August 12th/2025.
No P1 issued - called multiple times - IRCC says P1 email has been sent out but no one got it.
Waited till August 29th.
Tried the KAI method
P2 Email directly Sep 17th - Replied Sep 19th.
ECOPR Sept 23rd.

I cannot believe it is finally over and behind me with many sleepless nights and a ton of frustration with how my application was processed. I wish everyone a speedy process and god bless you all!

As long as charges are withdrawn, you were not at fault, and did not plead guilty, you will be fine even if biometrics were taken by the police. These do not appear negatively in the RCMP report.

I got my rcmp today it shows my charges on rcmp report
But its shown as withdrawn m fine ??

A question to all the amazing folks here.
We are in a bit of situation. Can PA request for an urgent processing of PR or SWOP as PA will be an organ donor for their immediate family member in another country, so they will need to travel out of Canada soon?
Anybody come across situations like this?
