I saw one case similar to yours, but with Express Entry. This is not an issue if what you mentioned is accurate. Since you haven't pleaded guilty, the charges have been withdrawn. Your biometrics were taken by the police during that time?

Make sure the document is prepared well, and the letter they gave for ADR is included in the document.

Today i uploaded my court documents and explanation with it regarding charges and did a rcmp check also today report will be sent to ircc directly
Hope to hear something positive soon from them now

As long as charges are withdrawn, you were not at fault, and did not plead guilty, you will be fine even if biometrics were taken by the police. These do not appear negatively in the RCMP report.

Received P2 today!

I think it would've been earlier but we went on a trip on Aug 20-31, and replied on the P1 email again on September 2.

But yay!

Yesterday BGC marked as complete with July 28 date.
FD also got July 28 date but says as still in progress.
COPR number and expiry date appeared in PR tracker.

Previous update was April 1 - Medical passed.
No ghost updates.

Sorry, got swamped and forgot to provide an update.
Aug 4 got P1, then in 3 weeks got P2, then in 4 days received eCoPR.

Agree... for me it was 10 days in 2024. But for my wife very quick - sybmit photo Tue morning and got eCoPR Friday afternoon PST. Maybe got lucky...
I did make sure though to comply with photo brightness requirements - new "feature" kept telling me that the photo was "too bright or too dark" (very informative comment...) until I made it +30 brightness and shades in Windows editor. Maybe this helped to avoid editing delays... you never know what's going on there...
