Points of 2 years studies

I understand, but mine were from a renowed college and both were in healthcare . My point is, i pursued both(5semesters) for continous 2+ yrs. However, their rule is to give 98 only if you do one 2 yrs program. I know it's the only fact but, i feel it is completely unfair. When i can get a 3 yrs work permit like other people, why not full points for 2 yr education as well.

That's not true. Ofcourse i'll qualify for a 3 yr PGWP. If you have completed two full time programs consecutively, both atleast of 8 months from an eligible DLI, when combined both studies, you will get three years of PGWP. I did one 12 months and other 8 months consecutively (both full time) , so definetely i will get 3 yrs of pgwp.

If you completed more than one program...You may be able to get a PGWP that combines the length of each program.

Each of the programs you completed must be

• PGWP eligible and
• at least 8 months (or 900 hours for Quebec credentials) in length

You can’t get a PGWP if you already had one after completing an earlier program of study.

It's possible to get 3 yrs PGWP . IF your both programs are PGWP eligible. I am talking about doing both studies without break and then applying for wp. I think u misunderstood my point. You cant get a PGWP if you had one, you need to apply for both programs together in order to get three yrs wp.

But the new rules posted over a year ago say that if you take two one year programs then you may be eligible for a PGWP combining the length of both programs. That is what the links says. Nothing about getting a 3 year PGWP anymore unless you take one two year programs. Hopefully IRCC doesn't follow the rules for you.

Even if that's true, check out what i said first, Ircc gave me three yrs of wp when i have done 2+ yrs of study altogether. If its not giving me education point, that is just unfair . And if it will give people with 2 yrs(4sem) 3 yrs wp but not to them with 2(5sem), the rule still is unfair. IRCC doesnt follow the rule for me or anyone. They do what they want. However, it was just an opinion that you could have taken just as an opinion. . Also, i have seen you replying people by saying IRCC doesn't change its algorithms and policies. They do when there's a need and when they want. You don't have to advocate on their behalf. You could have just answered the query just as it was. If someone is asking a question here, it simply means they are unclear on something and in need of help. Thus, giving them a clear answer is far better than exacerbating it by saying all kind of stuff like you may not get one at present time. I got mine already when i had to .

Then get a Canadian lawyer and file a grievance to change their policies for not getting points for education. Go to the press too.

As i said that they just work as they want. With me getting a lawyer and fighting with them for the right alone, nothing would change unless there are more people involve as with LMIA exploitation, LMIA frauds were put to an end when people tried. Nobody would bother this issue as such. Thats why one could just say it's unfair and leave it at that.
