I have been refused before so am going for reaplication

What school only has a January intake? But you would have included your spouse and child in the first application so why not wait and apply as a family of 4. For an infant, you will need a lot of money because spouse will be taking care of the child and you can only work 24 hours per week. If only you are approved then you would be coming alone.
My son and spouse was in my first application but my pregnancy was not noticed by then.

And filing for family of 4 will increase the proof of fund as well

My school gave me an option of April or July for deferral of 2026 intake
You said in another post January 2027 so why not April or July 2026?You mustn't be going to a public school as public school intakes for Masters programs are September and sometimes January.

Not knowing where are applying from but processing may take months.

I initially mentioned private dLI school, and that after April intake will be January intake.
Because u suggested I stay back and apply with them, but my expected date of delivery is around March.

Apply for study permit now and see what happens. I don't know your processing times nor reasons for refusal. If you are due in March then how are you not missing school? You need to keep studying to keep your study permit.

I posted my reason for refusal here in one of the group, it was due to the fact that I mentioned my USA previous Visa refusal on my Canada first application in 2020 but I failed to mention it or document it in my recent application. So I was actually refused due to not being truthful or honest about it.

I already know the penalty but of course is my fault but unitentional mistake.

Just read your past posts and reasons for refusal was not mentioning US visa refusal and not satisfied that you will leave Canada. That is two reasons. Not leaving Canada is showing family ties to return and justify costs with career progression and promotion.

You said you have PAL so apply for study permit now for January 2026 and see what happens. Check processing times.

Yes thanks for your suggestions, that is why I think leaving my family behind will increase my home ties.

So you plan to give birth and then leave family, or come and give birth and support yourself with no childcare? Why do you want to study in Canada at a private DLI and leave your family for years?
