I have applied super visa for my mother and I am pregnant.how to expedite the process
You wait for the visa to be approved. Being pregnant for the inviter isn't a reason for any urgent request.

Sometimes normal visitor visa can get urgent process request but those are usually for medical emergency (someone dying in the hospital) and other compassionate reason (funeral).

Where are you from because you may need a medical? Do you have PAL and LOA? Also it is September so may be too late. Wait to give birth and apply. Also how are you going to go to school if you are giving birth in a few months and studies start in January. Who will care for infant?

So who is studying...you or your spouse? Do you have PAL and LOA? Are you going to a public DLI? Give birth and then apply for visitor visa for infant. So your spouse is going to care for the infant and you will not take any leave and just continue studying.

If you suggest I give birth before going that is still ok but it means my spouse have to stay back to look after the new born and my other son.

So why can't family all apply together after the birth? Why stay behind? If you already have a child then you were applying for son and spouse too. Now add another child. If you have been refused already then were they not included in the first application.

What school only has a January intake? But you would have included your spouse and child in the first application so why not wait and apply as a family of 4. For an infant, you will need a lot of money because spouse will be taking care of the child and you can only work 24 hours per week. If only you are approved then you would be coming alone.
