Hello everyone,
Applied for Super Visa for my father on March 25/2025. last update was on July showing medical Passed. Application went into complete silence since then.
I applied for a GCMS note last month and received one today. It shows no major updates or notes
As per GCMS note Assessment details as follows
Eligibility : Review Required
Security : blank
HIRV: blank
Criminality: Passed-Bio
Org Crime: blank
Medical: Passed
Misrep: blank
Other Req: blank
Info Sharing: Complete

Counterfoil Req: Y

What country? Eligibility review has not started so officer hasn't started the file. Is there anything on the top of the page s15? Has father been in military or police?
That is an issue because if there is any 15s at the top of the document then could mean information is redacted so that is why it says security:blank or could mean the security information from India has not been received and reviewed by Canadian government. Ask a lawyer for assistance.
Thank you for the reply, Where can I find this 15s on the GCMS note. the top of the document shows s.19. Immigration lawyer helped me to get this note. She said it might take time for verifications due to the police background.
So she is correct and that is why it is taking longer. He was a police officer so there are no timelines for review. Ask lawyer what s.19 means or google it. May be protected information.
Long 6 months of wait. Finally I received PPR for my father’s Super visa application. Thanks almighty
My Parents recieved their printed supervisa, however they have been given the super visa only for 5 years, though their biometric and passport is valid for more than 8 years....
Are others also been getting supervisa only 5 years instead of the max possible validity as per passport ? or is this a one of case.
