Skill Transferability Factor CRS Points- Foreign Work Experience While Enrolled as Student (Outside canada)

Hello, while I was outside Canada, during my B.Tech degree, in the final semester, I could either do a technical major project under a professor at the university or I could do an internship (co-op) at a company.

Just want to confirm if I can use the above internship experience to claim CRS
points? Is there any rule that says that I can't use this internship experience if it was part of my B.Tech degree graduation requirements?

I already have 2 years of Full-time Canadian Work Experience post Canadian-degree completion

Was this a paid internship? Did you declare this as work experience when applying for your previous permits?

Yes, it was a paid internship and I did declare in my study permit application. I had attached the internship certificate as well in client information section.

You should be able to claim it but always up to the VO. Assume you have other foreign work experience not just the 3 months.

Yes, my Internship was of about 9 months wherein the first 6 months overlapped with my studies. After the internship, I worked in the same company for 6 more months in a permanent position. Both positions were declared in study permit application with experience certificates and offer letter attached in client information section.
