My application submitted (along with minor) was sent back with below comments
Physical presence calculator is incomplete​

To fix this issue

• You must complete each section of the physical presence calculator.

I had carefully entered all the required information for the past five years, including:

• My temporary resident status
• Permanent resident details
• Absence records (I frequently travel to the U.S. for work)
• Responses to all Yes/No questions

Given this, I am unsure which section was considered incomplete. I would greatly appreciate the forums guidance on what specific information may be missing or incorrectly entered so I can correct and resubmit my application accurately.

I did have this verified by a family member but nothing seems to be incomplete.
The response from IRCC is very generic to understand what the issue is because if any section is incomplete then the system wont allow you to submit the application itself .

Yes and i did answer that question i think it was year tax filed

You need to have 3 tax returns typically - unless you're exempt. If you do, just call IRCC early, and the agent can help you figure it out.

True that, but we unfortunately don't know what that section looks like for you.
Have you made sure you covered the whole 5 years period? With no gaps at all?
If everything seems correct and another pair of eyes validated it, we can't rule out a mistake from the IRCC officer who reviewed your application. Maybe you can call IRCC and ask what the issue actually was, I'm not sure the person answering on the phone will have a proper answer for you but it's worth trying.

Thanks have been trying to reach out also submitted a web form . Meanwhile i just saw a reference , i think i might have finished my physical presence calculation couple of days before submitting the application and it might be the reason but again this is just something i found on google so not really sure

• The system records the date you last clicked “Calculate my physical presence”.
• This date is used to determine your 5-year eligibility window.
• It must match the date you submit your application.
• you calculated your physical presence on a previous day, then submitted the application later without recalculating.
• The system asks:
  

  “Has anything changed in your physical presence in Canada between [last calculation date] and [yesterday’s date]?”

If you answer “No”, you must still click “Calculate my physical presence” again to refresh the date

@SREEKaQb - hello - we are in exact same issue - Gemini tells me the same fix u mentioned . I hoping you can guide us and let us know what was the final fix and if your application got accepted second time?
