Yes it seems like, conservative doing fake news about immigration and today minister posted numbers, that’s y they stopped processing or slowed down. it’s always when around the corner.

Thanks a lot. I just read her letter. It is fine. She didn’t says that she will stop or reduce the number of pr. I think march and April will be fine for this year.
Yes not directly but indirectly they did stopped as u seen August should be done for March now we r in September
Yes, I agree. By the way, We’re not putting any strain on public services—we’ve already been living in Canada for years. In contrast, new PR arrivals often need housing and other services. I don’t understand why we’re being treated as if we’re new.
U r right but our life is still not started yet till we receive PR, very hard to find jobs in work permit in professional fields.
May i know are we getting any email/ letter update for these stages:
- Medical + Background Passed
- Security Screening Passed
- Final Decision
- Portal 1
- Portal 2
- eCOPR
They will inform you once final decision is made by sending you p1.if I wrere you , I would leave this form and back again by the end of 2026. Just forget pr for now and relax. We are march’s applicants and we have not gotten anything, and we are lucky if we got our pr by the end of the year.
I agree! Sadly, @dfrp52 this is a long journey, and there is a bit of negativity in this forum. I also suggest you check it back next year. All the best to us all.
