Yup. AOR 17 Jan, Test update 12 Mar, Presence and Language updated 26 May. BG and Prohibitions still pending

FWIW fingerprints were taken 26 Feb, RCMP sent them the next week

Read the instructions on the passport office location where you intend to apply, as they sometimes change the specifics.

In general for next-day: yes, including something like booked tickets showing departure soon. There are other options though of what can be shown.

Finally got my in- person invite!! It says I am allowed one guest, my husband and I have a 9 month old baby, would she count as a guest? I would need to know if I need to arrange childcare or if she can come with my husband.

It does say one guest but I can't possibly imagine they would turn away a spouse with an infant.

My spouse has attended a couple ceremonies - I don't recall any mention of them being strict or twits about it. I'll ask but I'd say just go for it. Raise a stink and complain if they don't agree immediately - there's a citizenship judge there, who will certainly tell them not to be twits.

Yes AOR jan13th BG completed March19th still waiting for LPP, no update at all since then!

honestly unsurprising, there's a whole thread about delays being caused to people with muslim names and backgrounds in muslim countries. I'm the same case too
