Not confirmed, but can say the refusal can be at stage when IRCC check all submitted documents. The check of fake or expired Letter of Support and say other related documents. And, at stage of Medical and security checks...
What if all the stages, eligibility, medical, criminality, all stages passed, LOS is valid, have recieved PAL1 and PAL2 issued, yet what reason refusal may come, any idea?

No Idea...

If all Co-founders are out-land, how IRCC will check business existence taking into account that 50 months or more have been passed without any single move. how to make sure that business is still a live?

IRCC will see many things like, Business Incorporation - Have you registered your business, Funds committed from the founders as well as Angels or VC’s, any Incubation steps taken even outside of Canada, developing a Minimum Viable Product, Customer Traction and Customer Intent, regular recorded meetings among founders on Business Development, I think most importantly they will see the founders background and experience

This is what I feel, any additions from anyone will help all

Refusal for incubators in 2025 are mostly for Manitoba Tech or Biomedical Commercialization (They both are same orgs). They were known to be shady in past. I remember an immigration lawyer advising against going through them. Check their refusal rate in 2024 and 2023 as well.

I think in 2025, IRCC is either processing priority incubators or these few shady incubators to reduce backlog.

Lots of refusals to come, without refusals left, right and centre the processing times cannot be brought down, this is my gut feel, this is the price paid to bring down processing times, I wish we do not pay this price

Hi Everyone we are about submitting our application for pr after getting a los from a vc, do you recommend we take the work permit option to help increase our chances of success or does it not really matter? Also was hoping while it was ongoing the spouse can get relevant working experience to qualify for another pathway too? I would ne glad if I get a response

It is not mandatory but for sure it lets you move sooner and your spouse gain Canadian work experience, which strengthens future prospects. I would highly recommend specially since the wait times are more than 4 years now for SUV PR
