Has the mother always been compliant with her RO? How much time had she spent living in Canada in the past 5 years when she applied to the children in 2024? Has she always been in compliance with her RO and was she ever spoken to when entering Canada or reported. Has she and the remained in Canada since June 2024? Did she/the children have frequent travel before June 2024? I hope that your spouse was the one who secured PR for your family and not you and she is now working. Also insane we still allow a parent to park their family in Canada and then permit them to stop being a tax resident. I assume you know that you may struggle to visit your family and obtain a TRV after you lose your PR status.

Your tone came across as disrespectful, and some of the assumptions you made — including about taxes — were neither relevant nor accurate. Our application and residency compliance are matters between us and IRCC, and we are handling them according to the law.

I would prefer that any future conversations stick to the facts and avoid personal judgments.

Everything is normal because we don't know if you applied inland or outland or whether you met RO. Contact IRCC and ask. You will know status of your file with background/eligibility started or completed. Good luck.

I applied to sponsor our kids only ! PR status is valid Pr card is valid ! why would you suggest that Pr could be revoked?!!

Thought you said you didn't meet RO. You said, " we applied inland RO will be met by February." If you meet RO then no issue.

Yes I did mot yet but card and status are vaild '
Having a valid card is not relevant. But you don't meet RO, correct? That may be an issue because even though IRCC has no firm rules, you are not supposed to sponsor someone until you meet RO. You don't meet RO and should have waited until you did to protect your status. If you landed and the next day applied then may be an issue.

Almost all my questions were relevant and goes to the heart of the matter that I suspected that you hadn’t met your RO and that was the origin of the issue. Also if your spouse is working abroad and loses status (or doesn’t declare their international income another issue) they are no longer a tax resident while their family benefits from being in Canada. Sadly our governent has allowed people to do this for decades and why people live luxurious lifestyles in Canada while claiming to be low income. You seem to have little understanding of what determines whether you are a PR or not and what leads to a loss of status. Your spouse may not actually lose his PR unless he attempts to return to Canada. If he is not compliant with his RO and loses his status he may struggle to visit Canada if you and your children remain here because he will have stronger ties to Canada than to wherever he is currently located.

okay thanks
any indea why it is processed outside of Cabada even though it is an inland application

Child sponsorship always processed Outland. In some cases we have seen that IRCC only really starts processing child sponsorships once parent status longterm has been confirmed and they are compliant with their RO.
