I am sepreated, but not divorced . Ircc request for divorce certificate . What can do?

now ircc is asking me for proof that i would leave Ontario for Alberta, please how do I go about that, I have my job offer but i can't go and rent a house now in Alberta since i still await decision. Please how do i respond to this?

How about a refundable flight e-ticket or flight itinerary departing YYZ airport to YYC airport on a specific day?

Thanks for helping the other time, now they are asking i fill imm5406e document, i have filled similar information when i filled my PR application forms newly, please the spouse, common-law or conjugal partner what do i do, do i still fill my ex and state legally separated now that we have filed for divorce or i should omit and not fill that column outrightly?

Secondly, i reside in Ontario with my brother who has been supporting me since i landed in Canada on visit visa and can't work till my PR is approved although i have a job waiting for me in Alberta and that was how i got my PNP nomination that qualified me for EE, now ircc is asking me for proof that i would leave Ontario for Alberta, please how do I go about that, I have my job offer but i can't go and rent a house now in Alberta since i still await decision. I personally didn't get this form but my understanding ( and please if you are not sure retain a legal advice) is that you should file as separated and still file your spouse information and mention that he is separated. Please do not omit anything as they will consider it incomplete. Again that's my understanding to this question and in doubt I'd strongly suggest you to check with an immigration lawyer.

As for the proof to move to Alberta, you can show them discussion with some landlords proving that you are indeed looking for an apartment, you can also mention (if it's the case) that your work requires you to be there physically ( that you don't have remote work or that you have hybrid work so you still need to be in Alberta for in office days of work). in that case you can discuss with your HR to write you a letter confirming this.

Currently I am in common law relationship and we have been filing our return showing common law and I kept my status as common law while applying for PGWP.

I received the BCPNP invitation to apply. now i got my ITA to apply.


Question:-
1.How many family members does XXX have? (This includes XXX, a spouse or partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.)- Should i include my wife in this count?
2. I selected "Yes" to previously married question and provided end date of 2018 with the reason to end relationship as "Divorced" as this is what it thought is the most suitable from "annulment, divorce, death of partner, end of common law". and planning to provide LOE why i selected divorced even though it is still under process. Have i done right?
3. Do i also need to provide supporting document for common law even if i am not apply PR under family sponsorship category?

To be honest your case is quiet more complicated because of the fact that you entered a relationship before finishing your previous mariage. I'm not sure about how to answer questions 1 and 2 but for the 3rd question I guess yes you will need to provide documents for common law if asked.

I would strongly suggest you to seek professional legal advice in order not to mess up your application
